Ingredients

1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water or substitute with 1/2 c. fruit juice
1 (8 oz.) container vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
ice cubes
Preparation

Completely
dissolve gelatin in boiling water.\tCombine cold water
and\tenough\tice
cubes
to measure 1 cup.
Add to gelatin and
stir
until\tslightly
thickened.
Remove
any unmelted ice.
Stir in yogurt and vanilla.
Pour into individual dishes and chill until set, about 30 minutes.\tMakes 2 1/2 cups of 5 servings.
