Texas Matador - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. Brown meat with salt, sugar and pepper in a skillet.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
    Add the noodles, sour cream, cream cheese and green onions. Place in a casserole dish and cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 8 people.
