Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 lb. hamburger meat
1/3 c. oil
6 stalks celery, cut in 1/2
1 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
3 bay leaves
20 peppercorns
2 tsp. caraway seed
3 medium onions, cut in 1/2
4 large carrots, cut in 1/2
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, paprika, and mustard.
Roll meat in flour mixture.
Brown meat slowly in hot oil.
Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over meat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Then remove vegetables and bay leaf. Pack meat into jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
Cover with sauce, 1 pint 1 hour, 1 quart 1 hour and 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
