My Favorite Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
    1 each diced bell peppers (green and red)
    1/4 lb. diced bacon (slab)
    2 c. sliced onions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. or more vegetable oil
Preparation
    Fry onions, bacon and mushrooms together, turning frequently until bacon is sufficiently cooked (not crispy).
    In a separate frypan, heat vegetable oil on medium-high temperature for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Season sliced potatoes with paprika, pepper and salt as listed in large bowl.
    Reduce temperature to low-medium; add sliced potatoes slowly to hot oil; turn potatoes frequently.
    Fry until light brown color is achieved.
    Combine all ingredients in one frypan and cook an extra 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
