Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can green chilies
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. tortillas (12 count)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Season meat and onion with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Cook until mixture is not pink.
    Drain meat.
    Place back in skillet. Add the Ro-Tel tomatoes, green chilies and chicken soup.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
