Fresh Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Saute squash and onions with the margarine until tender. Drain. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and top with cheese and crackers. Bake for 20 minutes.
