Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 thick pork chops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. ginger (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops; brown well in skillet, then put in baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
    Turn chops after an hour.
    Have a barbecued taste.
