Blintz Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. blintzes (cheese or fruit)
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Place blintzes (partially defrost) in baking dish.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over blintzes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes (mixture should be set).
Serves 6 to 8.
