Barbecued Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium to large sweet potatoes or yams
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Wash and scrub potatoes.
    Cut slits in tops.
    Place each potato in a piece of aluminum foil, wrapping securely.
    Cook 6-inches from heat, tops down, for 20 minutes.
    Turn and pierce foil tops with a fork.
    Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or longer, until done.
    Cut foil open.
    Combine cloves and butter.
    Frizzle over tops.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
