Chicken And Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can diced Ortega chilies
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. grated Jack cheese
1 pkg. grated Longhorn cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas
4 to 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Preparation

Cook and cube chicken.
Mix together all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
Put a little of the mixture in the bottom of pan (so they don't stick).
Put 2 tablespoons of mixture in tortilla and some of the cheese, roll and place in pan.
After all are rolled up, spread rest of sauce and cheese on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
