Salmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, boned
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 large potatoes, peeled and cooked
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    biscuit mix pastry for 2 double crust 9-inch pies
Preparation
    Combine salmon, onions and butter; mix thoroughly.
    Add potatoes and mash.
    Stir in milk; whip until smooth.
    Spread mixture in prepared pastry shells; top with crust and crimp edges to seal.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Pie may be frozen.
    Yields 12 to 16 servings.
