Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    6 squash
    1 medium onion
    1 small jar Cheese Whiz
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Boil squash until tender.
    Melt soup and cheese into onions.
    Add squash, beaten egg and crumbled crackers.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place mixture in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered until light brown on top.
