Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    3/4 lb. sliced carrots
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    white pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook carrots until just tender.
    Place carrots into buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle raw onions over carrots.
    Spread mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice over carrots and onions; pepper to taste. Add grated Cheddar cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
