Italian Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled zucchini, shredded
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs, well beaten
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 prepared pie shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook onion and zucchini in butter.
    Add seasonings.
    Blend eggs and cheese in large bowl.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Put teaspoon mustard in prepared pie shell.
    Pour in ingredients.
    Bake 20 minutes.
