Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    Italian style bread crumbs
    salt and pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together soup, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Add chicken, rice, celery and eggs; toss lightly.
    Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch baking dish; top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
