Chinese Spice Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. Five Spice powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Combine shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Add powdered ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Dip or sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
