Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh broccoli
    3 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
    2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. shredded sharp processed American cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Arrange broccoli in greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish. Place cooked chicken on top.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine bread crumbs and butter.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until thoroughly heated.
    This dish can be prepared a day ahead and put in the refrigerator.
    It also freezes very well. Dish can also be made substituting asparagus for broccoli.
