Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. peach gelatin
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 large (13 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and juice until hot; but not boiling. Remove from heat and add dry gelatin. Mix well. Stir in buttermilk and fold in Cool Whip. Place in 13 x 9 dish and refrigerate until set, congealed.
