Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Drain.
Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese.
Mix well.
Add broccoli.
Pour into buttered casserole and bake in 350\u00b0 until set.
Remove from oven. Cover with chips and bake until light brown.
Makes 4 servings.
