Veal Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    garlic
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    Mix salt, pepper and flour.
    Roll individual servings of veal cutlets in seasoned flour.
    Brown in hot oil in skillet rubbed with garlic.
    Add 1 cup hot water; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Arrange meat on hot platter.
    Into gravy left in pan, stir 1 cup cream.
    Heat and pour over noodles.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Makes 6 servings.
