Microwave Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

zucchini squash
salt and pepper
oleo
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Slice squash in half.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oleo. Cook in microwave until tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to microwave and cook until cheese is hot.
