Marinated Roast Cookout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
3 to 6 pound sirloin tip roast
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and pour over roast in glass dish.
Let marinate for 6 to 8 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator plus two hours at room temperature.
Cook to desired doneness on outdoor grill, 1-1/2 hours for rare, 2 hours for medium or 2 -1/2 hours for well done.
Serves 8-12.
