Olive Cheese Ball(Makes 3 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1/4 c. soft butter or oleo
    2/3 c. drained, chopped black olives
    1 Tbsp. minced chives
    1 c. chopped walnuts or toasted, diced almonds
Preparation
    Blend cheese and butter or oleo.
    Stir in olives and chives. Chill slightly for easier shaping.
    Form into ball on serving dish, after rolling in or patting on chopped nuts.
    May be trimmed with parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
