Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions and celery.
    Drain and pour into a mixing bowl.
    Add soup and mushrooms; mix well.
    Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch oblong baking pan.
    Add Tater Tots to the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
