Crunchy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sweet pickles, cubed
    1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
    1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. pimento-stuffed olives, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; blend well.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce cups or use for sandwiches.
