Marinated Shrimp Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large unpeeled fresh shrimp
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks (undrained)
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 medium-size green pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp; set aside.
    Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
    Set pineapple aside.
