Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. yeast (I use dry packets)
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. canola oil
    6 c. Gold Medal flour + 12 1/2 Tbsp.
Preparation
    Add yeast to 1 cup warm water; combine and refrigerate 3 to 5 days (covered jar).
