Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. basil
    salt to taste
    2 c. tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, until thick, 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles, drain and rinse in hot water.
    Combine cottage cheese mixture (cottage cheese, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs and salt and pepper).
    Place half noodles in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Spread half of cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Add half Mozzarella cheese and then half of the meat mixture. Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
