Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 apples, peeled and diced (medium)
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs;
    add
    sugar
    oil and flour; add cinnamon and vanilla.
    Mix
    apples and nuts; stir until mixed.
    Pour into a greased tube pan and bake 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
