Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan.
    Mix pulp, eggs and sugar together; alternate milk and dry ingredients.
    Pour melted margarine from pan into mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
    Top with Cool Whip.
