Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. light cream
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cream and allow to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake, basting occasionally, about 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Remove baking dish from the oven and place chicken on a warm platter.
    Skim off fat from the cooking juices and set the baking dish over medium heat.
    Add cream.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
    Serves 4 to 6.
