Hearty Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
6 oz. uncooked egg noodles
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 zucchini, sliced
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation

Drain tuna.
Cook noodles according to directions.
Drain and rinse in hot water.
Combine noodles with tuna, celery and onions. Blend in sour cream, mustard, mayonnaise, thyme and salt.
Spoon half mixture into buttered casserole.
Top with half zucchini. Repeat layers.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped tomato.
