Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. raisins (optional)
1/3 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/3 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well with blender.
Pour batter into two greased and lightly floured loaf pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
May bake muffins instead.
Bake approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Raisins and nuts are optional.
