Hot Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. jalapeno peppers
    1/2 pkg. garlic, peeled
    10 large onions, peeled
    1 c. salt
    1 pt. oil
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Grind together peppers, garlic and onion. Put in crock pan (not aluminum). Add salt and add just enough water to cover. Let set 2 hours and drain. Add oil, vinegar and water. Cook 30 minutes. Seal in hot jars. Makes 12 pints.
