Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Sift flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Beat until well mixed.
Stir in flour mixture until smooth. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until center springs back.
Cool on wire rack.
