Buckeyes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter
    2/3 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/8 to 1/4 c. paraffin or cocoa butter
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon (more or less, according to your preference)
    2 1/2 c. pecan halves (approximately 3/4 lb.)
Preparation
    Add water to heavy skillet and immediately add brown sugar also.
    Stir continuously over medium heat.
    Bring mixture to a rapid boil until it reaches the soft ball stage (120\u00b0 to 238\u00b0 on a candy thermometer).
    Take off heat.
    Stir in pecans until well coated.
    Sprinkle cinnamon.
    Keep stirring until they cool and dry.
