Beef And Biscuit Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef gravy
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits (6)
    1/4 c. shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, brown meat with onion; drain off fat. Stir in gravy and 1/2 cup water.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and frozen vegetables, breaking apart with fork.
    Bring to boiling.
    Cover; reduce heat.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Top with biscuits; simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle biscuits with cheese; heat until cheese melts.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Serves 4.
