Artichoke Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. rainbow rotini pasta
    1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut in half
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed on the box.
    Drain; rinse with cold water and put in a large bowl.
    Add olives, artichoke hearts, celery, dressing and cheese.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Toss together.
    Cover and let marinate in refrigerator overnight. Makes 8 servings.
