Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken breasts
    2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 stacks Ritz crackers
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
    Place in bottom of a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Combine sour cream and chicken soup; pour over chicken.
    Crush crackers; put over chicken and sauce. Melt butter; put over crackers.
    Top with poppy seed until dark; refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
