Chunky Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium carrot
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 c. cayenne
    1 bouillon cube
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes and cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Melt butter in 3-quart pot.
    Add carrot and onion.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Add flour and milk.
    Add 1/2 potatoes.
    Mash remaining.
    Add to soup with seasonings and bouillon.
    Heat to steaming hot.
