Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drain and remove bones
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    3 Tbsp. parsley (dehydrated)
Preparation
    Combine all but nuts and parsley.
    Chill.
    Shape into ball and roll in nuts and parsley.
    Chill again.
