Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can corn, drained
    1/4 c. melted bacon drippings
    1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a lightly greased, large, heavy cast-iron skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
