Potato And Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. red potatoes
1 small head cabbage (1 1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut potatoes in 1/2-inch cubes.
Cover with water; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes until tender.
Drain and cool.
Slice cabbage.
Toss potatoes, cabbage and remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate.
