Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained well
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
8 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with finely crushed crackers and melted oleo.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly.
Serve warm.
