Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in 2 greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
