Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt chocolate.
Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans.
Sift the dry ingredients and set aside.
Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and chocolate.
Stir.
Add the sifted dry ingredients and zucchini, then add the nuts.
Pour into 2 large loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
