Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
5 large onions, sliced into rings
24 Ritz crackers, crushed
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter.
Layer half of onions and butter in casserole dish.
Cover with half of crackers and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layering.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
