Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsalted butter or margarine (at room temperature)
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
    rind of 1 orange, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter until light and fluffy, then gradually add oil, beating continuously.
    Beat in honey, strawberries and orange rind (if desired).
    Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
    Serve on toast, muffins, biscuits or other warm homemade breads.
