Budget Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 small can coconut
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained slightly
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in mixer and beat until mixed well, approximately 2 minutes.
    Pour into two 9-inch cake pans that have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Cool before icing with cream cheese frosting.
