Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. Blue cheese
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation

Crumble Blue cheese and mix well with finely grated Cheddar cheese and cream cheese, chopped parsley and grated onion.
Shape into a ball.
Wrap and refrigerate until firm.
Reshape ball and roll in dry roasted peanuts or pecans.
